Terms and Conditions

  1. Venues and times are subject to change
  2. We will endeavour to give as much notice to our customers as possible if this occurs
  3. Parents agree to supply information on any medical requirements for their child and provide relevant medicines.
  4. UTD Sports staff cannot administer medication but can supervise self-administration with written parental consent a covering letter must be provided if an agreement is in place
  5. UTD Sports cannot administer medication to children unless in an emergency. A covering letter must be provided if an agreement is in place
  6. UTD Sports does not accept responsibility of any loss, damage or theft of personal belongings.
  7. Any lost property found will be returned to the office at UTD Sports available to be collected.
  8. Lost property will be held at the office for a maximum of 21 days
  9. UTD Sports reserve the right to withdraw your child's/children's place within the camp (without refund) if there is a repeated period of unacceptable behaviour. Parents will be consulted prior to any withdrawal.
  10. Cancelling your booking 48 hours from the start date of your booking will not be refunded.
  11. Subscriptions ⚽ Our classes run for 48 weeks of the year. There will be 4 weeks throughout the year where we will not be on (2 weeks at Christmas & 2 weeks at Easter). ⚽ Your monthly payment is calculated by splitting your annual cost for 1 year over 12 equal and affordable payments. ⚽ Your child will be auto-enrolled every month in a rolling-contract. Payments are made in advance of sessions, on the 1st of every month. ⚽ If you join mid-month, we will add a pro-rata’d covering payment to your first month to cover sessions before the 1st of the month. ⚽ No refunds will be given if you fail to attend a class for reasons outwith our control or if you contact us to cancel your subscription after the 1st of the month. ⚽ If you wish to cancel a subscription, you must contact us via email or by calling UTD Sports office on 0141 642 0963 to notify us before the 1st of the month as payments are made by continuous card payment. If you notify us after the 1st of the month, refunds will not be given, however you can attend the classes to the end of that current month. Subscriptions will then be called from the following month. ⚽ The standard plan for 1 child for 1 class per week is £32. However, we have multiple plans available if you wish your child to attend more than 1 class per week, or enter more than 1 child to our classes.
